In our words

PepsiCo’s IT experts communicate the latest technological updates, fixes and innovations across their global business. But their emails were so technical that no one was reading them. So PepsiCo’s annual conference in Barcelona was a rare chance to get the global IT leaders together and address the problem. We only had 3 hours, so we created a high-impact workshop about the commercial cost of tech-speak – and simple ways to avoid it. The leaders loved it. In fact, they found it so helpful they kick-started a campaign for a clear communication with their own teams. And judging from the emails we got after the event, we’re pleased to say they're practicing what they preach.
